• Two Recent Passport size photographs.
• Family Photograph (postcard size)
• Residence Proof (Local)
• Copy of Student’s Birth Certificate (Notarized True Copy)
• Copy of Aadhar Card (Notarized True Copy for Student and Parents)           
• Copy of Progress Report (Notarized True Copy)
• Transfer / Leaving Certificate with printed school UDISE number and the Saral ID for student (Original copy)
• Medical Certificate from Registered Medical Practitioner (form attached)
• Parent Consent Form (form attached )
• Undertaking from Parent (form attached)
• Copy of Caste Certificate (valid & Attested True Copy), if applicable
• Copy of Passport / PIO card (for students travelling from outside India), if applicable
