- Copy of Aadhar Card (Notarized True Copy for Student and Parents)
- Copy of Progress Report (Notarized True Copy)
- Transfer / Leaving Certificate with printed school UDISE number and the Saral ID for student (Original copy)
- Medical Certificate from Registered Medical Practitioner (form attached)
- Parent Consent Form (form attached )
- Undertaking from Parent (form attached)
- Copy of Caste Certificate (valid & Attested True Copy), if applicable
- Copy of Passport / PIO card (for students travelling from outside India), if applicable
